How can I support Round-Up for Riders with an auction item donation?

Round-Up for Riders can showcase your business through the Live or Silent Auction and Pick-A-Package areas. Donations may be reserved for additional fundraising events better suited to the value and clientele of your donation. We are looking to local businesses, artisans, and friends to contribute to the event through donations of items, services, or gift certificates that can be purchased in the live or silent auctions. 

• Items are showcased in high traffic areas.

• Company name on mobile bidding profile for each item donated.

• Provide your business card, brochure, and marketing information for each item donated!

• Link your social media to ours! Promote your business virtually and at the event!

• Your donation is tax deductible! 

Don’t have an item or a good to donate? Consider donating a gift certificate! 

We are looking for contributions of gift cards of any denomination for the Pick A Package area.

• This auction area is a way for all donors to directly support clients and their horses.
• Over $1,500 worth of Pick-A-Packages are sold during the event for $40 each. Each package contains a gift certificate worth $30 or more. 
• Gift certificates for goods or services pertaining to Dining, Entertainment, or Shopping & Services are a great way to promote your business, gain a new customer and provide additional exposure to your business.
